Queue system helps an organization to improve customer's service by allowing first-come-first-serve. Customers do not have to wait in a long queue, creating frustration and fatigue. The system(ticket printer) prints a queue number for each customer wishing a particular service. The customer cans wait until the number is announced or displayed on a summary board, or displayed in front of a particular counter. He/She can proceed to that counter for service.The queue system also keeps various statistics of the services, such as average waiting time, total customers, average service time. It cans have multi queues for different types of services.
